Who's in this issue?
Finally an issue that has an upcoming climax to it! Using some pretty good artwork by Val Semeiks, this book has a nice clean, crisp look to it. It's going to be interesting, too, now that Cannonball will be at the same place where Logan is. Genesis looks like a psychopath in this issue, and I guess that is the intention, especially if he tries to rebond Logan's skeleton with the adamantium that he obtained from Cyber's skin. So all that's left to do now is to find out the big question: will Logan get his adamantium skeleton back in Wolverine #100? All signs point towards "yes, he will get it", but then, anything can happen!

"Of Mythic Metal Forged"
IN THIS ISSUE:
Wolverine and Expediter arrives onto a desert. Expediter tells Logan that this place was a village in Egypt called Akkaba. She also goes on to tell him that this place was a place of many converging probabilities and that it was up to Logan to unravel these probabilities, many of which were evil. She departs to go search for Chimera while Wolverine stays behind. Wolverine encounter Jamil, who takes him to the Citadel.
Meanwhile, Cannonball arrives in Madripoor in search of Logan at the Princess Bar. There, he encounters a few hoodlums, who are chased off by Tyger Tiger after she hears that Cannonball was a friend of Wolverine's. She takes him to where the WC (warp chamber) that Logan had passed through was, and after giving him a kiss, Cannonball enters through the door to search for Logan.
Back in Egypt, Logan gets closer to the Citadel. There, he sees Hurricane, Deadbolt, and Gauntlet who are holding some psychics as prisoners. Logan manages to sneak within the Citadel as the doors close. Inside, Logan encounters Dirt Nap again, and gives chase after it. He runs into Genesis, who uses the same gun that took out Cyber on Logan. He takes the unconscious Wolverine to a table where he is strapped down. In the meantime, Genesis tells Logan how Logan will be his new captain of the Dark Riders, and he will also be erasing Logan's memory with implants. They put Logan into a saline solution, and in a container next to his container, Cyber's adamantium exoskeleton. Genesis tells one of his henchmen to initiate the adamantium bonding process to rebond Logan with the adamantium.
