Who's in this issue?
Short fight scene between Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike. Of course, that's not surprising because Lady Deathstrike's true purpose for wanting to kill Wolverine was for his adamantium, which she claims was stolen from her father. Also, Bloodscream reappears in this issue. So my question is: just where did he go for the last 60 to 70 issues? Cylla also appears in this issue, which makes one wonder when she and Bloodscream had obtained the help of Lady Deathstrike to search for Wolverine. Just when things couldn't get any lower for Wolverine, we now have three enemies who's out to kill him. Not bad, eh?

"The Lady Strikes"
IN THIS ISSUE:
Lady Deathstrike bursts into Heather Hudson's (Vindicator) home and immediately is after Wolverine. Their struggle goes into the kitchen, where a busted gas line, combined with Lady Deathstrike's exposed cyber-circuits, ignites a fire, and then to the basement. Lady Deathstrike is determined to take back her birthright (the adamantium), but she soon realizes that Logan was now adamantiumless after he pops his claws out. Logan tells her to finish him off, but to leave Heather and Puck alone. Lady Deathstrike sees no honor in killing Logan now that he's de-adamantiumnized, so she departs with Parvenue.
Outside in the limo, Parvenue wonders why Lady Deathstrike didn't just finish Logan off when she had the opportunity, but she explains to him that there wasn't any honor in killing him now that he's de-adamantiumnized. Cylla and Bloodscream then shows up and demands to know where Logan is. Deathstrike says she's no longer after him, but does point out the way where Logan is, and Cylla and Bloodscream begins their search for Logan.
Meanwhile, Logan pays Heather for the damage that he and Lady Deathstrike had caused on her home, and goes on his way towards far northern Canada. In the meantime, Cylla and Bloodscream are still giving chase.
