Who's in this issue?
Slightly better than the last book. Maybe this one cleared some things up that the previous book didn't. Terror has the most oddest abilities in my opinion, but he's definately an original, which I find to be a great touch. Also, one can officially say that this is definately the first book that you see Logan in disguise, but not behind his usual Wolverine costume, but one with a haircut and a shave.

IN THIS ISSUE:
To get the exploding stake out of Wolverine's body that Monkeywrench had driven into his chest from Wolverine #58, Terror and Jubilee attempted to drown Wolverine in ice-cold water to slow the reaction rate of the stake down to the point where they could pull out the stake and get out of the area before the stake explodes. After finally managing to drive a highly-reluctant Wolverine into the water, Terror manages to pull the stake out, and the three were able to get out of the area before the stake blew up.
Deep in the forest, Monkeywrench is having a bonfire, making his followers chant with him about how the earth was suffereing due to man's work. Alice was nearby as a captive.
At a gas station, Wolverine exits the restaurant under disguise. They knew that Monkeywrench's people knew how Logan looked in his color, but he's never seen Wovlerine with a haircut and shave before. Obtaining the help of Jacob Grenfire, the leader of the not-so-radical faction of the NDL, Logan pretends to kill Jacob in managing to gain membership to Monkeywrench's faction where Alice was being held captive. To follow Logan as he goes to Monkeywrench's camp, Terror uses the ear of a sonar operator and they were able to look for Logan by following sounds.
Logan discovers that they had tied Alice on the top of a huge tree. He knocks out Monkeywrench, and saves Alice at the top of the tree. Jubilee and Terror are able to snare Paul, Bunyan, and Pick Axis in a trap. Meanwhile, at the top of the tree, Monkeywrench tries to kill Logan and Alice by blowing up the base of the tree so that they would fall off. But Logan absorbs all of the impact, which was something his healing factor could easily take. Alice is left to Jubilee and Terror's care, while Logan hunts for Monkeywrench. He finds Monkeywrench, and we can assume they went one on one, and Logan kills him.
At the end, Alice is returned back to Barton and Logan tells him that he had been sent by Xavier to help.
