that THEY ARE NOT RELATED... Plus the scars on Mrs. Howlett are claw marks from James’s own claws. Probably from when he was born. It is know that the mutant abilities that are natural (Nightcrawler’s blueness, Marrow’s bones, etc). he had to have been born with the claws otherwise it would have not been manifested at all. The reason why his mother said “oh no not again” had to be because James released his claws. The look of surprise was due to the fact that he had not been able to simply release it at will as he can today. It would be like when you are learning to use a new muscle. He was probably very young at the point that he first released his claws and had long forgotten about them." |

Another thing, the so called "deceased brother" who seems to be the one that slashed Mrs. Howlett is not dead. In fact he goes to Japan and is known as the White ghost. In the most recent wolverine mini series called "The End", Wolverine meets his brother in Japan. Turns out Wolverine's brother has the same powers and also has ties to weapon X. "The End" series is like the conclusion the "The Origin" series. It's currently on issue number 4. Oh forgot to mention. The series "The End" takes place when Wolverine is a really old guy living in canada. Wolverine by this time has left the X-men and is living by himself. Sabertooth dies and Wolverin is invited to the funeral where he meets the people that handle all that stuff about inheritance and wills and crap. Anywho by this time Wolvie is going crazy and talks to h imself and oh yeah he's like 200 years old when this takes place. There was an earlier affair known, and if Dog were to be Sabretooth, that could be the reason why you have two mutants with the same healing factor there together. Oh course, all this is conjecture, but the possibility remains." |

There is a couple of things I have to say, (my opinion) I personally believe Saber and Wolvie aren't not brothers, but nemesis's, they have similar interests in women, Silverfox for instance. And we all know that they are both interested in Jean Grey. I also think Sabertooth is jealous cause wolverine can control the beast within. And this really pisses Saber off! And I hope a woman kicks Sabertooths ass for almost killing Psylocke ( which was some time ago). And the lover relationship between Jubilee and Logan, I don't think exists, why? She's not Logan's type. I guess this isn't really a rumor but opinion, for an adoring fan of Logan's. If I'm wrong please inform me!" |

| "Someone find the Sega Genisis Wolverine game, it gives
exact dates and locations.. including when Blood~scream/lust (I can't
remember which it was) said he first saw Wolverine/Logan as a young lad
(probably spelling errors already). Thought it was in Frence in 1929, but
someone is going to have to check the game. It has some other characters
and it has most of them as Profiles I seem to recall. I haven't seen many things in X-Men the Animated Series (Fox) in about a decade. But there was one where Sabertooth was haveing Memories that were either implanted or triggered... He was like 5 years old, frightened, in a corner of a wood or log structure on hay. There was a man that looked and sounded like Wolverine/Logan but had more accent. The man had something like a whip or belt and was very mad and yelling things at him.... find the episode and fill in what he was saying someone... In all the Time stuff that happened in the Animated Series... WOLVERINE DIED! In like the year 2099 in one of the alternate universes... Remember when Bishop met Wolverine in the ep.s and he said he'd go instead of Wolverine.. Wolverine agreed to fight off stuff that was trying to break into the lab or whatever the Time Machine was in. Bishop thought he had stopped the assasain or maybe had his bracelet broken for the first time... when he returned to the past Wolverine's Skeleton was in something like what Wolverine was in during the Weapon X program. The Weapon X program brings up more things people were talking about. In the Animated Series Yuriko/Deathstrike explained the whole problem she had with Wolverine killing her father. In the ep.s it shows that him and at least one other employee in the facility were there when "Mister Logan" woke up and flipped out. When he broke out of the Tube/Capsole/Whatever Yuriko's father ended up locking himself in a room that's door was operated by electricity to avoid Wolverine/Logan/WeaponX (or he was the one already in a room). During Logan's tempertantrum the computers and electricity got messed up.. he ran and the place blew up eventurlly.. I don't think he ever looked back or went back. Now for the Red Heads... Seems like Every Generation there is a Red Head or someone with a Mongolian skull structure (I need my brain.. I can't spell... whatever the word is is what Native American, Asians, and Polonienains have) comforts him (health/mentally) and/or helps him escape from something (meantlly/physically,lol). There was some ep that I thought had a "Rose" in it. Most of the people in the ep were being played by characters from X-Men but the ep seemed like it was going to be Jackle and Hyde. Someone that seemed like Sinister was makeing formulas to enhance mutant ablities. It probably was the 1800's.. At the end you see that this is something Professor Charles Xavier was dreaming of or connected to and the book that was signed in the dream/memory was signed in reality (current time) too. So if someone out there can find the Wolverine Game for Sega Genisis your going to find alot of details this site needs.. and someone manages to get ALL the eps from X-Men: The Animated Series (FOX) there are alot of answers there to Wolverine and Sabertooth. Now for the scars. I seem to recall seeing things about the scars on his face or noticed alot... There are markings that I think are scars but could be markings like a fur pattern... however they are not always put in and I think in Animated X-Men they disappear and reappear randomly. Please remember I haven't really seen much of the (fox, keep saying this because there was a video series that came out just before the Fox TV series) X-Men: The Animated Series in a decade. Silver Fox is still alive and someone else they thought died from Weapon X and it turns out that some of that was screwed up with implants and memory blocks... Silver Fox thought that she had been abandoned... WATCH THE ANIMATED SERIES... from the mid 90's.. it's the answer to everything isn't it.. LOL. Oh YA!!! DNA and Colors and stuff. Since I haven't read the stuff.. I don't know what "different colors" stuff is about.. no details on this rumors page. Scars can heal completely over time.. even ones burnt in, made by metal, or tatoos... they all flake off eventurally basically.. but some rare times premnanent damage does happen. Thinks like Metal Scars can take dacades to heal. Human hair has the ability to change COMPLETELY something like every 3-7 years.. like people haven't noticed yet that that happens often in the first 21 years.. but basically at that point anything that happens to your hair everyone assumes was done artifically. If we are having problems with getting blond out of DNA combos.. two people with brown hair can have a blond... I don't remember the orders and if the opisite word of Domanent genes is receieve.. but Black and Blond are not domanent.. you need to have it appear twice or have less powerful colors (which at this point I have you all confused). Would be fasinateing to just say it's posibly to have XYY combo, but people with that combo produce too many hormones.. like testostrone.. they are overly aggressive and can have enough hair on their body to pass off as fur.. Might as well babble about this.. it's not like any of this stuff really matters so much. Wolverine has a daughter in the M2 Universe... her biggest problem is her mentally ill brother whose name is Hudson Logan but SuperHero name is SabreClaw or Sabre Claw or SabreClaws.. you get the picture. I've only seen a couple pictures.. he appears to be blond with a metal prostatic hand (with clawed fingers) and looks alot like Sabertooth. If anyone needs to.. use Yahoo Now and be introduced to the Marvel 2 Universe where every hero and villian has children in their teens.. LOL. BTW.. looks through this site.. think there is a search on this site... You'll find a Hudson in Wolverine's Past. Read about stuff in the Marvel 2 Universe and you'll find out stuff from all the Universes. To assist you, Logan's Daughter's name is Rina Logan but she is called Wolverine's Daughter.. The Wild Thing.." |

| "Has it occured to anyone that Dog could in fact be Sabretooth and that his mutant healing factor may have been latent until after reappearing in Canada to try and kill Wolverine at the end of Origin? It's stated in many places that mutant powers are often repressed until or even after puberty, and could even be released by a traumatizing event (such as Dog seeing Wolverine again or seeing Rose, for whom he had a "thing", killed). Then, the scars from Wolverine's claws would have been present on his face from near the beginning of Origin to the end, but healed over when his mutant healing ability kicked in, allowing him to live long enough to be a part of Weapon X many years later. The change in hair color could be another latent healing factor effect (don't ask me, it's possible) or a Weapon X effect." |

possible hints at Wolverine history. 1st- Thomas Logan is the son of Grandpa Howett and the father of Wolverine. Though i am confused as to why Grandpa Howett has claws and none of his sons do. Never heard of a mutation skipping a generation 2nd- Dog could be Sabretooth whos mutations havnt kicked in yet, but where does the name Victor Creed come from? I think he just looks like Sabretooth like Rose looked like Jean Grey. The Cyber thought is interesting, but isn't he dead and a lame villian? Don't think Marvel would go there. I like the idea that maybe Dog is Sabretooths father and the gene is passed onto him. I think we must rememember this is a comic story and a Wolverine one at that. Marvel have a habit of contradicting itself so it wouldn't surprise me if they put in red herines and choice to completely ignore them later. There is also the chance we may never know the truth, which if we were truthful to ourselfs that's just what makes Wolverine and Sabretooths relationship so interesting." |

| "Silver Fox was never actually killed by Sabertooth. This was a false memory planted in Wolverine's head by the Weapon X program. In issue 50 Wolverine discovered the sets used to stage these false memories. Turns out many of the sets were reused, and thus Sabertooth, Logan, and Silver Fox (and presumably Mastadon and the rest) have memories of similar places but with different things happening---all because the same sets were used to save money. For a time Wolverine worried that his entire relationship with Silver Fox had been a false memory plant, like so many other things. But then John Wraith and Nick Fury revealed that they found the cabin where Logan and Silver Fox were lovers, and it was real. Silver Fox never died. That's how she was alive and head of Hydra before her ultimate death in issue sixty something." |

now reasonably certain that that is actually him holding James hand. Further proof is his
old age. He could not have the healing factor or he would never have aged so quickly. My
question is why Mr. Logan died so quickly. My guess is that his healing factor was not
nearly as developed as Wolverenes. Further I think that the claw marks on her back were
from Mr. Logan in the throes of passion. Lord knows what kind of things he gets off on.
This being the case, then it would make sense for Mr. Howlett to have know that she was
cheating on him, and kept the old man around for her sake. As for Sabretooth being Dog, I doubt it. I could be wrong, and there is strong evidence pointing both ways. It should be pointed out however that scars do fade over time. And around a hundred years should heal almost any scar he might have. My question is how are the claws so different. Sabretooth has claws in his fingers, while Wolverine has claws coming out of his hands. This may just be a difference in mutation, but it causes me to wonder, what kind of claws does their father have..." |

Dog obviously can see now, and the scars were considerably smaller. Hey, lets face it, the first time Wolvie popped his claws, they were nubs, why cant a healing factor start off slow also? And I think the mutant strain doesnt come from the Logan family OR the Howlett family. It comes from Elizabeth's family. That would explain possible different fathers, and how all three children might be mutants." |

Sure you get 121, but however, think about this. Wolverine appears to be in his mid to late-30's. | "After reading the Origin books I concluded, like others who posted on this page,
hat Dog's healing factor just didn't kick in that fast. He looked big, but he couldn't
ave been older than 19, right? It can also be noted that some mutants mutate further.
is size and strength was a product of what happened at puberty, and some years later the
cars healed and he became a beast-like person. What explains his long life is the same as
Logan...er Howlet, healing factor retards aging. And, heh heh, between you and me, I also think Rose is Mystique. "!!!!!!" you say. I have an explanation for that. Mystique has been around for a long time, her shapeshifting, they say, hides her age. She's changed her appearance and identity so many times, that even she doesn't know who she really is. They never showed Rose after James stabbed her. She blacked out and Jimbo fled, Smitty following. Perhaps at the very moment Jim stabbed her, it created an emotional trauma that triggered a mutant healing factor (yes, another one). The wounds healed, nobody believed what they saw, she just stole away into the cold night. I'm saying that the blue lady with the scull on her head is not her, but some other mutant or deity that Rose acted as for 20 or so years. She forgot about Rose altogether, and when she and The Wolverine met, there was only tension between them. No memories of a past love. So it's just a bloody weird coincidence that all three would be tangled so closely together again after 100 years of different lives (in Mystiques case) loves (in Wolverine's case) and killing sprees (in Sabretooth's case).." |

| "The more I think about it the more it seems that Sabertooth is indeed Wolverine's half brother Dog. He has very dark hair in the beginning of origin but at the end it's a lighter color, in fact the first shot of Dog grown up with the sun shining almost makes it look golden brown. Now I know that certain people's hair color changes over the years so he could have eventually turned blond. Now I know it's a long shot but still it's possible. Also about the scar, Wolvie's healing factor kicked in right after his claws came out. Dog doesn't have claws and Dog's dad Thomas Logan is obviously Wolvie's dad and he didn't have a healing factor. That leads me to believe that not all mutations are hereditary (Pietro and Wanda are both children of Magneto but they both have completely different powers from him and themselves) so maybe Dog never had a healing factor and weapon x gave him one and it fixed his way old scar. but then again Dog probably never would have lasted so long without a healing factor so maybe since not all mutations are the same his healing factor developed later, and healed his face. But like Wolvie I believe Dog lost his memory sometime when he was finding himself and eventually they both met up at weapon x with no memory that either is a brother. Plus that whole S.H.I.E.L.D. blood test thing could prove futile since both wolvie and sabertooth's mutant blood regenerates, eventually they could have developed totally different blood types from losing alot of the old blood. Plus they're mutants which might change their blood." |

clear. OLD MAN HOWLETT HAS NO CLAWS. If you look at the frame before you see his supposed
claws you see James in a blanket with NO gloves. The hands are the same color because the
artist was lazy. With that said I have also been reading about the raging dabate over the Dog issue. Now, I think it is a good guess that Dogs healing ability kicked in later in life and one person says Victor Creed has scars. Also it seems Dog has some abilites because back around in the 1800s it couldn't have been too easy to find people and he takes on a feral look, it seems some of his animal instints are kicking in. People said the hair color was wrong but if you examine the comic books dog's hair looks black and somtimes they color it a tan/yellow color. When he is grown it is certainly more blond then black and it could have changed further. I think there is a definate possiblity of Dog being Sabertooth." |

would remember that Sabertooth was beat as a child just like Dog. But then again he would
have his K-9 teeth pulled out by his father every now and then which means he would have
a healing factor as a child. I also think that the scars on Mrs. Howlett came from Thomas Logan. He probably had claws just like James Howlett but he didn't know it because he was always drunk. Just because he didn't have a healing factor doesn't mean he didn't have claws???? Dog when he is older and talking to Mr. Howlett Sr. resembles Victor Creed very much. Thats why I think as time goes by that finally when Logan incounters Sabertooth for the first time he automatically triggers his animal scences of killing him all the time." |

Lately, of all the Wolverine information and research, a HUGE discussion arises over Silver Fox's death, Logan's lover. As you've probably heard, she is raped and killed by Sabretooth. That I know is no rumor but is found in actual text. But then years down the road Silver Fox is found alive and not damaged at all from the past entanglement. So who's lying? My guess says neither. I believe that if you look deeper, there is relationship between Sabretooth and Silver Fox that isn't very detailed, but does exist. Is there a chance that Sabretooth had manipulated Silver Fox to fake her death? Was she no longer in love with Logan, and had no other alternative but to stage her death to leave him? Did she fake death to save Logan's life, considering Sabretooth knew more of Logan's history then anybody? Or maybe Sabretooth won Silver Fox's heart, and her only choice to leave Logan without a lifelong hatred was to stage her death? If any are true, it would explain even more reason on top of the others to Logan and Victor's intense rivalry. But only Marvel Comics knows the truth. Unfortunately, I do not think the actual whole truth will ever be revealed, because then the whole hype of your own personal wondering, thinking, and concluding, could be right, close, or way off. And that takes the fun out of it. This only proves that Stan Lee is a genius, and that the Wolverine Chronicles live on..." |

| "Dog obviously can't be Sabretooth, as people have said, because of the scars and hair color. So here's a hypothetical: Dog has relations with a blond woman. Sabretooth is result of this union. Because Dog was beaten as a child, and patterns tend to repeat themselves, Dog beats his son (Victor?). Maybe he tells his son about Logan (James), which would instill hatred in Sabretooth." |

| "After reading Origins you notice a lot of cloak & daggers in the story-line & what
is shown isn't what's happened. My theory - James & Dog are TWIN BROTHERS not identical but they're brothers - I came to this conclusion by wording used by DOG - 'You stole from me since you were born.' Also the scars on Mrs. Howlett are made to look uncannily like the infamous Wolvie slash - though the truth would be punishment for being caught, but who knows about it? Mr. Howlett is a little to calm about the whole thing, where as Grandpa Howlett is a punishing sort. I'm also thinking about the death of the first son & how that works it's way into the cocktail, remember it wouldn't be said for no reason just like Grandpa Howlett wouldn't be so harsh for no reason (if truth makes a bitter man then Grandpa Howlett knows all). Logan would use the affair to take the advantage in arguments with Mr Howlett which leads me to believe that Grandpa Howlett knew about the affair not the husband, as Logan had a little more respect for Grandpa Howlett. If DOG & JAMES are brothers then they may have the same abilities which would make for a cool comic entitled Blood Brothers or sommit! Though how & why they were separated would remain to be seen (maybe because James was so sickly he stayed with the wealthy family to survive) Words used by DOG are also similar to Cyber's but this may be a cunning ploy to get rumours going. But the writers may have found it irresistible to link that when Cyber came across Wolvie with his bone claws Wolverine got him right across the mush with his bone claws for a second time (if it was DOG of course) However this will prob be scrapped as having wolvies brother killed off by another bloke is a tad bit of an anti-climax." |

| "All of Wolverine's memories were falsified by Weapon X. So there is no way to tell what his true history is ... Wolverine and Sabertooth may be related. They could have seperate DNA because mutation changes DNA. There is no way to tell for sure. Both of their memories were falsified to instill hate." |

| "I only want to expose that I think Dog is obviously Sabretooth. When he's searching for Wolverine, he dresses like him, with animal clothes, and I think he looks like a lot to Sabretooth, but more human, of course. And with the scars, I think that maybe his mutant healing factor had not kicked yet, maybe his healing factor kicks in later and that's why his scars fade away. But I think it's obviously Sabretooth, or is there anybody in this world that whit the phrase "I'll hunt him til the end of the world" (or something like that) don't think immediately in Sabretooth?" |

| "Ok, lemme get a bunch of things straight. Logan is NOT related to Sabretooth in ANY way, Sabretooth is NOT "Dog," you don't have to have one of the parents be a mutant in order to have the child be a mutant, (or else how would the first mutant have been born? not like he/she just appeared out of nowhere.) & Wolverine is not Japanese, he just trained in Japan in the martial arts for several years." |
