Scott was worried. Reed said he should take him back to the mansion and maybe being back in his own room would spark some memories, but he wasn't so sure Logan was all there. Frankly he was worried Logan might go berserk. Because if he did ... how many would die before they got him? And he certainly didn't like the idea of Jean spending the night with Logan. She was however insistent that he needed her there for this first night. Man, she could be pushy: he never could seem to say no to that look.

They were surprised as they pulled into the driveway. Instead of the combined numbers of the X-Men and Gen X, there was just Xavier.

"Professor, what's going on?" Scott asked.

"It's Jubilee, she's been kidnapped, the others are out looking for her." He turned to Logan. "Well hello Logan, it's good to see you on your feet again," he said noticing Logan for the first time.

"Yeah, you too."

"Come on inside, and Logan, don't even think about going after her in your condition."

He couldn't believe he was doing this. The Professor was going to kill him. His first night as an X-Man and already he was disobeying orders. When the Professor had sent everyone to go look for her, he had told Ethan to stay at the mansion. But he tried to tell Charles he had the best chance of finding her with his sense of smell. None of the psychics could find her, but maybe he could. When he got back, he smelled her, and she was near. He landed on the top of a building, her scent getting stronger. He could almost swear she was right below him.

Jubilation Lee was really ticked off. She was sick and tired of being kidnapped by these psychos. She had to find some way of getting out of there. But due to the collar, she had no powers. She didn't even know who had captured her, because it certainly wasn't those stupid guards. Jubilee's thoughts were interrupted by a huge section of the ceiling, as it broke to pieces and fell to the ground in front of her. The next thing that caught her attention was a load roar from above as a huge Gargoyle looking creature gliding down, feet first, into the room. With effortless ease he picked up one of the guards and threw him across the room. The other was not as lucky as the creature slashed him with one quick, but powerful movement of the arm. As he turned toward her she noticed for the first time that there was an alarm going off.

"As much as I like your cell and that annoying alarm, I think we better blow this joint." It was something she wished she had said.

"Yes let's."

"Interesting taste in jewelry," he said, knowing exactly what the band on her neck was. He tore it off with ease.

"It never was my color."

"Shall we dance?" he said picking her up and jumping through the hole in the ceiling as if she added no weight at all. He then leaped into the air spreading his wings and taking off into the air.

Logan and Jean were outside talking and Scott was in the war room, keeping contact with the groups of X-people that were searching for Jubilee. He was going to kill Ethan. The first day and he disobeyed a direct order. Instead of doing what he should have done and stayed at the mansion, he had gone off alone. The last thing Charles needed was another Wolverine. Now he had two kids missing.

Rogue appeared from nowhere. "Ethan's back, and he has Jubilee with him." <He found her?!>

Wolverine was nailed to a cross in the Australian Outback, when the most unlikely of heroes saved him, a thirteen year old girl. Since then, they have had quite a relationship. Almost father/daughter but different. So much trust, so much loyalty, so much love. The partnership of himself and this girl, whom he had been through a lot with. He remembered times when they had gone off without the other X-Men.

<I may not remember everything, but I know what I would have done and I'm glad this kid Warrior X, or what ever his name, did what he did. I'll tell him and Charles that when they come out.> They had been in there for a while.

He couldn't wait to meet the X-Men and Generation X. Charles and Scott had giving him this huge lecture. Throwing in that they were thankful to see her but that he shouldn't have left. Ethan wondered what would have happened if he hadn't saved the day. Finally they left Xavier's study to go meet the rest of the team. But before they got there, they were intercepted by Logan.

"Listen up Rookie, I'm sure Cyk and Chuck have been telling you how wrong it was of you to run off and save Jubes, but I thank you for doing it. It's what I would have done.

"Everyone this is Ethan. Code name Warrior X." Professor X went around the room introducing every X-Man and Gen X student.

"You know Cyclops, and that's his wife Jean. That's Beast, Gambit, you've met Rogue and Wolverine, that's Iceman, Bishop, Archangel, Psylocke, Cannonball, and Storm. They are the current active group of X-Men stationed here. Then we have Generation X: Artie, Banshee, Chamber, Husk, Leech, M ,Mondo, Penance, Skin, Synch, the White Queen, and of course you've meet Jubilee." Each respond with a "hi", or a "hello", or a "Waz Up".

"They each have their own unique, mutant powers. And they all share the dream. You can read more about the individual powers and adventures tomorrow. For now, however, we all better get some shut eye." Everyone started separating, some in a pair, some alone, they all headed in their own ways. He noticed that instead of Jean going with her husband, she went with Wolverine up to his room. <How odd.> Then Jubilee came up to him.

"Look I wanted to thank you for getting me out of there. You may have saved my life, and yet I know Scott "fearless leader" Summers and the Prof probably chewed you out. Thanks again." She left then to go up to her room. Ethan made his way up as well. He was next to Wolverine's room, on the other side of Wolverine's room was Jubilee, and across from them was Gambit's room and Rogue's room. Ethan wanted to get a large chunk of the book he got, History and Personal Profiles of the X-Men, done that night but he fell asleep quickly after the first few chapters.
