"Unnnnhhh what?"

((Logan we are locked up! Wake up!))

((Sorry, they drugged me ... have to fight to stay awake.))

((I cannot snap these chains telekinetically. They are too strong and I have the whole cast of "Stomp" performing on top of my head.))

Logan finally opened his eyes to see just blackness.

((Am I blind or is it pitch black?))

((Pitch black.))

"SNIKT"

((I can't reach the chains from here. Maybe I can reach yours.))

Logan put his claws on the chain so that they faced away from his teammate.

After sawing for a bit the chain gave way and they did the same thing with the other chains that bonded them.

As soon as they were free the door opened and they leaped into the shadows.

{I don't want to go down to give them the food, it ... it ... it's scary down there} the youth called back up the stairs.

{GET down there and put the food on the bottom of the stairwell} came a booming voice from above.

The boy was very shaky as he slowly clambered down the stairs. He set a tray down at the bottom and dashed back up.

Just as the door was about to close Logan threw a throwing knife in between the door and the door frame.

((Got it!)) said Logan.

((Good! Let's get outta here.))

The two X-Men ran up the stairs. At the top they burst through the door only to find many guards approaching through their patrol route. With a burst of energy Jean pinned them against the wall with her telekinetic powers. The shock of the impact knocked the guards out.

((Nice going, now we have some more weapons)) said Wolverine.

They picked up some various weapons and ran down the hall to search for an exit out of the dungeon they were in. On the way they passed other guards; Jean knocked them out too. As they ascended a flight of stairs they heard many voices up ahead.

{Please, free us and we will help you escape} called one of the prisoners.

They ran down the hall opening the cells with the keys that they had snatched from a guard.

((This is not going fast enough!)) said Jean.

((I am going to use my claws)) said Wolverine.

"SNIKT, SNIKT" 1 foot claws sprang out of his hands and ripped into the bars of the cells.

{Thank you so much} said the prisoners.

{I am a war general that got caught along with my men. We know how to fight. May we fight along side?}

{Sure} said Logan.

{Grab the weapons from the fallen guards} said Jean.

Now they had about a 70 person mob helping them escape.

They poured out of the last door and into the next room disposing of many guards on the way. They burst into a large auditorium filled with people dressed very formally. At the center was a tall man giving a speech. He glanced at the huge mob and calmly told his guests not to panic and just proceed to the next room. They followed his orders and quickly filled out the door. He looked up at them again. Now they could see the details of his face. He had a large scar down his left cheek and a long western nose. His skin was albino white.

"Ah Logan-San and Jean-San. It is now time for me to drain your magnificent powers so I can become Immortal. Yes that is right. I know all about you Logan. Do you remember when you were in World War I? Yes that's right I am the man the you slashed with your bayonnet.

{YOU?!?!}

{YESssss ME}

Bolts of energy shot out of his hands towards the doomed X-Men.

"Sorry Elixir but they are friends." said a unknown voice.

All eyes went to the source of the voice. There stood another Wolverine.

"I didn't know I had a clone."

"Not a clone, I am you in this time." answered Logan.

"How did you know that they were here?" cried Elixir.

"I usually tend to know where I am." said Logan with a smile.

He lunged at Elixir holding his sword high. With a clean stroke he beheaded Elixir.

"Thanks, but would you happen to know how we got here and how we get back to out time?" said Jean.

"Yes, Elixir transported himself and you back to the past so he could steal you powers unhindered by the other X-Men that would come for backup. As to getting back, go back to the village that you started from. The Domio there possesses a special crystal that can be used to travel in time."

"Thanks again for saving you." said Logan.

"Thank you for freeing those soldiers. They are our uncles." said the other Logan.

"Thanks again, see ya later." smiled Logan.

"See ya." said Logan.

And with that they left the fortress and stole some horses to get to the Blackbird. After many days of travel they reached the city to be welcomed by a huge parade for them. After celebrating their victory the Bunishi apologized for keeping them there. Then he gave them the Crystal and told them that it could be used an infinite amount of times. {Just touch it and say the time and you and the crystal will be transported to that time} he told them.

{Gee thanks, see you in another lifetime} said Logan.

And with that they placed their hands on the crystal and Logan said.

"2015 ad."

And they vanished along with the crystal.

Then they reappeared in the war room. Only problem was they were at the top of the room when they re-entered their time. They came smashing down on top of an ongoing meeting.

"Watch out!" yelled Jean.

But her warning was too late. Jean landed on Beast and Logan landed on Cyclops.

"Hi Cyk, how are you doing?" he said.

"How did you get here?!?!"

"Looooooooong story!" said Jean picking herself up.

"We are all ears." said Beast.
