"Ok, what's the catch?"
There are some minor requirements.
First: NO PORNOGRAPHY! No matter how well
you might've drawn it, it's no laughing matter, because I'm 100% sure
we have a lot of kids looking through this page.
Second: Please make sure the picture
size is no bigger than 500KB. Please send
them in either JPEG or GIF format. For bitmap (bmp) files, please
see the third requirement. Your
picture must be one of Wolverine or featuring Wolverine with other
superheroes/villians.
Third: If you are sending me three or
more pictures at one time (that is, with one email), *please* use
Winzip to package
your pictures into one winzip (.zip) file and send me the .zip
file. This will *greatly* speed up my download time of your pictures.
Fourth: I reserve the right to
shrink your picture down to a size that can fit into the page.
Fifth: Please
sign your artwork!! I cannot stress how important that is. This
is for your own benefit; that way, people won't be stealing your
ideas and claiming that they are his/her own.
Sixth: Please limit yourself to ten artwork per artist.
"Can I snail-mail it?"
I'd really prefer not to, but it's up to you. If you want, send me e-mail
first, and I'll give you my address. Be sure to include a
self-addressed stamped envelope; else, you won't see your artwork
again except from online.
"Great! But, what if I want to show more
than ten?"
Well, please e-mail me first about it. I'll see whether I can add more to
it or not.
along with your name and a short written permission allowing me to show it.
Remember, it has to be something about Wolverine!
"Will you change anything in the story? I
think what I wrote should not be changed."
And I respect that. The answer is NO. You're the author, so I
won't dare change any wording within your story. If I catch any
spelling errors or tiny gramatical errors, I may notify you first
before changing it. But otherwise, everything else stays the way it
is.
"Any catches?"
Two tiny details:
1.) If there are some materials that I feel is
unsuitable for viewing under 18, I may add a small message on the
front to warn any potential under-18 viewers about it.
2.)
Please try to send me a finished fan fiction, not an
incomplete fan fiction. I love fan fiction, but it really hurts to
see a fan fiction get posted up with the promise by the author that
he/she would finish it sometime soon, but after many months, still
remains unfinished.
"How do you know if it's really a rumor that
someone's heard?"
My answer: I don't. It's really more of a trust basis here...I just have
to trust you that what you heard indeed IS what you've heard.
"Any catches?"
EVERYONE is highly encouraged to submit your rumor to my site. If
I don't get enough rumors coming, I will have no choice but to
eliminate this portion of my page. As of right now, I'm starting to
filter out those that are particularly offensive rumors because they
are obviously VERY false and will offend other people.
